What are the income tax rates for Individuals for Assessment Year 2023-24?

| Income* | Rate |
| Upto 2,50,000 | Nil |
| 2,50,001 to 5,00,000 | 5% |
| 5,00,001 to 10,00,000 | 20% |
| Above 10,00,001 | 30% |
* Threshold limit for a resident individual who is of the age 60 years or more but less than 80 years will be Rs. 3,00,000. and for a resident individual who is of the age of 80 years or more will be Rs. 5,00,000.
